CYSTEMS provides AI-powered marketing automation, social media management, and content production tools, including automated content creation and scheduling, social media account management, marketing workflow automation, and integration with third-party platforms.

TOPIC 2: 2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

TOPIC 3: 3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, send spam, distribute malware, scrape data without permission, impersonate others, or violate the terms of any connected third-party platform.

TOPIC 4: 4. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, policies, or actions taken by those platforms.

The Service is owned by CYSTEMS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to process and display it as needed to provide the Service.

TOPIC 6: 6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid features renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

TOPIC 7: 7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

TOPIC 8: 8. Termination & Changes

We may suspend access at any time with or without cause. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may terminate your account by contacting us.
